Danielle Fox, LMSW
FOUNDER/CEO
Danielle graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Spring Arbor University, in 2016. She has gained clinical experience working with all populations but is most passionate about working with children and families to help develop healthy attachments and encourage positive emotion regulation and peaceful parenting. Danielle is passionate about helping children develop positive coping skills, helping families heal generational traumas, and working together with them to encourage whole-body wellness in conjunction with their mental health.
Danielle enjoys reading, knitting, and photography for creative outlets. Danielle and her husband have a blended family with 9 children. They enjoy spending time together as a family camping, gardening, and exploring their property.

Beverly Glaza, LMSW
Clinician
Beverly earned her Masters degree in Social Work in 2000 from Michigan State University. She has gained experience over 20+ years in practice within the medical social work field, working with veterans and with severely mentally ill clients. Beverly has additional experience working as a case manager for auto injury survivors.
Beverly enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and exploring the country through travel.
Beverly is currently only accepting virtual clients.

Kriss Goodroe, LPC
Clinician
Kriss graduated with her Masters of Counseling degree from Spring Arbor University in 2009.
She gained experience working with adults, children, and families from working in private practice, the school setting, and community agencies. She is most passionate about working with individuals to help them find their true self and with families and couples to help them grow stronger. Kriss is also passionate about helping others to set boundaries, learn healthy coping skills, and practice self care.
Kriss grew up in Northern Michigan and calls West Branch home. Her and her husband have three children. She loves spending time with her family and friends, going for walks, and decorating in her spare time.
Kriss is currently accepting both in person and virtual clients in our West Branch office.

Jody Perkola, LLMSW
Clinician
Jody graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Michigan State University in 2007. She is passionate about working with adults to help them better understand shame, vulnerability, and the impacts of trauma. She has a trauma informed focus that offers a safe and compassionate way of supporting individuals in making long-lasting improvements in their mental health.
Jody is from the Roscommon area and is a longtime member of this community. She and her husband have a blended family with four children and two dogs. Jody enjoys the outdoors and her favorite pastime is fishing.

Kendra LaHaie, LLMSW
Clinician
Kendra graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Ferris State University in 2021. She has a passion for working with children and has been working in a local elementary school helping kids regulate their emotions and providing skills and support to those in need. She thoroughly enjoys watching kids grow and learn coping skills that help get them through difficult times.
Kendra grew up in Mackinaw City and loves going up there to visit her family. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outside in the sun!

AshLee Stanislawski, LLMSW

AshLee graduated from the University of New England with her Masters in Social Work in 2019. AshLee has a passion for working with children and began her career working with children and families in their homes. Since graduating with her Masters, AshLee has been working with adolescents in the local high school providing support and tools needed to help kids succeed and achieve their goals.
AshLee was born and raised in Houghton Lake. AshLee married her high school sweetheart and started a family in the area. AshLee and her husband have 2 toddlers. The family loves to spend time outside and with their animals.

Karli Sedlacek, LLMSW
Clinician
Karli earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Spring Arbor University in 2024. She has experience working with children, teens, and young adults in individual and group settings. During her time in the field, Karli has gained experience working with individuals who are seeking help for depression, anxiety, grief, and many more areas that can affect a client’s mental and physical health.
Karli chose social work as her field of study because she feels passionate about helping those who are seeking help or support when it comes to handling situations that are out of their control; such as losing a loved one. Karli wants to lead individuals in understanding that their life experiences can help them grow into the person they are meant to become, rather than just getting them through the situation.
In her free time, Karli loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her cat, Charlie and dog, Molly.

Kaitlyn Wangler
Clinician (Intern)
Kaitlyn will be achieving her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Central Michigan University in May 2025. She has experience working with adults with severe mental illness, physical limitations and substance use. Kaitlyn also has experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
She is trained in DBT and Motivational Interviewing.
Kaitlyn’s desire to make sure people do not feel alone and are able to express themselves in a safe environment is what motivates her in her work.
Kaitlyn and her husband have two dogs and three cats. Summertime is her favorite season, and she likes to be outdoors; kayaking, walking her dogs, and just enjoying the sunshine.

Chevelle Crofoot
Clinician (Intern)
Chevelle will graduate with her Master’s in Counseling from Central Michigan University in May 2025. She is enthusiastic about working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Chevelle is committed to empowering clients and helping them develop the tools needed to cope with various concerns.
Chevelle has gained experience working with clients of all ages and has also mentored adolescents and young adults. Chevelle’s counseling approach is person-centered and incorporates an integrative cognitive behavioral approach. Chevelle believes that clients are the experts in their narratives and possess self-healing capabilities that can be strengthened through awareness, self-efficacy, and challenging problematic thoughts and behaviors. She adapts her style to each individual through a collaborative approach.
Chevelle grew up in a rural northern Michigan. She has two hyperactive dogs who may make an appearance in telehealth sessions. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, reading, painting, engaging in outdoor activities, and caring for her plants.

Monica Lytle
Office Administrator
Monica is a graduate of Kirtland Community College, with over 25 years of expertise in office administration, known for her organizational skills and efficiency. Born and raised in Higgins Lake, MI, her deep connection to the area brings a comforting familiarity with the unique quirks of our small town and its surrounding region.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Monica's passion for creativity shines through in her ownership of Glass Chips Studio, where she dedicates much of her leisure time creating stained glass art. A self-proclaimed “craft junkie,” she also knits, paints, and grows flowers all summer long.
Monica prioritizes quality time with her children, family and friends, relishing in activities like brewery tours, kayaking adventures, relaxing in the sun on the beach, camping trips, and exploring new destinations through travel whenever she can.

Zaynab (Zee) Meyer
Billing Administrator
Zee Meyer is a dedicated and experienced billing professional with a career spanning since 2018. She has developed a passion for making the billing process seamless and efficient, with the primary goal of ensuring that clients are not caught in the crossfire between providers and insurance companies.
Originally born in Michigan, Zee now resides in Tennessee with her husband and two children. In their free time, they enjoy gardening, hiking, and cooking together.
